He Shoots, Redux Media Scores As Exclusive Partner To Rep HockeyBuzz.com

Redux Media (a TC Media company) has announced a new exclusive partnership where the media company will represent HockeyBuzz.com’s Canadian advertising inventory. HockeyBuzz is the largest independently owned hockey site outside of NHL.com. As part of the partnership, Redux will exclusively handle all Canadian premium advertising sales and real-time bidding for the website in the Canadian market.

Earnings: Transcontinental Increases Revenues By 8% In Third Quarter

The pieces continue to come together for Transcontinental as they reported their third quarter earnings and stated an 8% revenue growth for the quarter, from $479.4 million to $517.0 million. The growth was driven primarily by the acquisition of Quad/Graphics Canada, Inc. and Redux Media.
President and Chief Executive Officer, François Olivier also said he expects to see the fruits of the Redux Media acquisition

Earnings: Transcontinental, Revenues Increase 6% For Q2 2012

Not a bar quarter for Transcontinental as they report their second quarter earnings for 2012 today. The company reported an increased in revenues by 6% in the second quarter, from $498.7 million to $529.4 million, driven primarily by the acquisition of Quad/Graphics Canada, Inc. as well as numerous acquisitions and launches of community newspapers in Quebec, and new contracts such as Canadian Tire.
