Breaking: Ashes To Assets, LookSmart Acquires Syncapse

?Looks like our tip and post was dead on, and the assets of Toronto-based Syncapse have been acquired by online search advertising network LookSmart Ltd. The deal is being done through the court appointed Receiver MNP Ltd., who is also based in Toronto, and subject to court approval should go through next month.
