Toronto-based Uberflip [TCO] has announced the acquisition of SnapApp, a solution that helps marketers deliver the leads sales wants. This makes the deal Uberflip’s first acquisition as the company continues to evolve its offering to marketers.
SnapApp’s existing team of under 20 employees will continue to operate the company as is with no immediate plans for integration into Uberflip’s technology. SnapApp’s drag-and-drop interface allows marketers to build any type of interactive experience and deploy it across multiple channels.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
