BMO making more investments to secure its digital future as the financial institution makes a big promotion that will see more changes its future digital product line. BMO has appointed Mathew Mehrotra to Head (VP), Canadian Digital Product Management and Digital Strategy. In the new role Mathew will lead the banks transformation of digital sales, service and payment experiences. He will also be accountable for establishing key digital capabilities that serve the broader enterprise and BMO’s broader digital strategy.
Mathew has been with BMO for the last eight years, most recently Head (VP), Canadian Personal Banking Digital Experience, before that Head (Managing Director), Sales and Service, North American Channels; Managing Director, Canadian P&C Strategy.
