Jen Riley has been promoted to Director of Global Campaign Management – Mobile, EA Access, Maxis, Popcap at Electronic Arts (EA). In the role she will be responsible for orchestrating the strategic planning, development, execution and measurement of integrated global campaigns at launch through live service. Before that she was Director of Global Community Engagement – Mobile at EA. In that role she was responsible for leading EA’s mobile portfolio. Overseeing a team of 16 Community Engagement Managers across 15+ EA mobile franchises; lead development of Game Changer programs for mobile franchises that deliver on program pillars of Feedback, Advocacy, and Content Creation.
Before EA she was Head of Marketing and Care at Wiivv where she built an integrated marketing and customer care department designed to deliver a high-touch, 1:1 customer experience from awareness through to advocacy.
