Online Video Streaming shomi Wants To #shomiMovesIn, Service Opens Up To Canada

ShomiWith phase one of the joint venture between Rogers Communications and Shaw Communications complete, the birth of online video stream service called shomi is ready to celebrate its first birthday.  Launched back in September 2014, shomi has services Rogers and Shaw customers with hours of video content in the form of great movies and television shows.  Today shomi has announced the service will now be available to all Canadians, the barrier has ended and you no longer have to be a Rogers or Shaw customer to get access to shomi.

“Today is an epic day for Canadian entertainment lovers as we deliver on the promise we made to them back in May,” said David Asch, Senior Vice President and General Manager, shomi. “We announced we would be moving in, and today we’ve arrived. shomi is now available to all Canadians.”
