After a competitive pitch, Toronto-based FUSE Marketing was recently selected as Agency of Record (AOR) for Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. As part of the new assignment which began earlier in the year, FUSE has been focused on a number of new initiatives for the auto maker, some of the project include the creation of a Hyundai-specific customer lifecycle CRM, focusing on data, insights and creative, to more effectively engage customers. The campaigns utilize content segmentation based on product and customer life-stages and addresses future automation of communications through mobile and data enhancements.
