After having success the first time around, today SUBWAY Canada has brought back its “Commit to Fit Pledge” campaign encouraging Canadians to get fit and stay active. As part of the pledge, Subway wants Canadians to swap old habits for a fresh new approach to wellness and a chance to win $10,000 cash and a $500 SUBWAY cash card.
Starting today, May 1, 2014 until October 31, 2014, Canadians will be eligible to win cash and prizing by taking the Commit to Fit pledge located on the SUBWAY Canada Facebook page. Additional prizing will be awarded to those users who log their wellness activities and track their goals as they swap old habits for new, fun wellness activities.
“The new and improved Commit to Fit pledge is the perfect opportunity to swap old habits and take a fresh approach to healthier living,” said Kathleen Bell, Director of National Marketing, SUBWAY Restaurants of Canada. “The Commit to Fit pledge is the perfect way to kick-start your healthier, more active lifestyle, and it only takes a few minutes.”
By taking the Commit to Fit pledge, users commit to maintain a regular fitness routine, make healthier choices and live a more balanced lifestyle. In addition, the pledge offers three categories to log fitness activities and fresh swaps – nutrition, exercise or wellness – and provides new ideas, tips and encouragement for making fresh swaps in your life. Canadians who take the pledge will be eligible to win a grand prize of $10,000 plus a $500 SUBWAY cash card. Monthly prizes for $250 SUBWAY cash card will be drawn throughout the duration of the campaign.
