Freeing Up More Cash, BlackBerry To Dump Real Estate Properties

Home For SaleTheir private jet was sold last year, and this week BlackBerry announced plans to divest the majority of if its real estate holdings in Canada.
The smartphone maker will work with CBRE Limited to sell off its real estate portfolio through a combination of sale-leaseback and vacant asset sales. The properties to be offered for sale comprise over 3 million square feet of space.
No word on how much Blackberry will get from the sale of the properties.
