One Advertising has just announced the addition of two senior strategists as look to deepen the integrated offering of the Toronto-based advertising agency.
David Rewak has been hired as Director of Strategic Planning, previously he was Director of Strategy at Capital C where he leveraged his deep experience in developing media-agnostic communication approaches to solving client business challenges through strategy and insight. Before that, Dave was at Grip Limited in dual planning/account leadership roles for various clients including AB/InBev, Honda and Yum! Restaurants, and at MacLaren Momentum where he was responsible for planning and developing highly integrated experiential marketing and sponsorship programs for General Motors.
Also joining is Adam Brain to the role of Director of Digital Strategy and brings his deep roots in technology, which gives him the unique ability to peel back the layers and demystify digital. He leverages that knowledge to deliver communications that are smart and customer-focused. He is a firm believer in customer experience and knows that it extends well beyond any digital application and applies to any experience one could have with a brand.
Adam began his career as a developer/designer but quickly found his passion in examining how and why people interact with technology and the role brands can play in this interaction. Before landing at One, Adam was at TAXI and TAXI2 working on Crystal Light, Boston Pizza, Revlon, and Capital One. Prior to this, Adam was responsible for digital strategy at pure play digital shop Dashboard working on ING Direct, Hellman’s Real Food Movement, Vaseline, and Torstar.
