Bankruptcy Sold“What goes up, must come down,” this is the story of Toronto-based Syncapse, a social media market agency which once called many Fortune 500 companies as their clients, offices in Toronto, London, New York and India, much of this growth was supported by the company being able to raise $45 million in funds.  Today is an entirely different day as the company recently filed bankruptcy and laid over over 100 of its staff.

We are now getting reports that the public company is in the final stages of buying the assets of Syncapse.

What is a Syncapse worth on the market these days?
