InteraxonIn a world where the Jetsons once looked to be a very distance future that came from the minds of Hanna-Barbera, we now have things such as Google Glasses and augmented reality is common place.   It is good to see that Canada is also playing a strong role in this type of next generation technology. Toronto-based Interaxon, which  develops thought-based computing technology recently secured a $4.2M round in financing.  Previously Interaxon raised $630K in March of 2012.

Of course there many applications for this type of technology, and Interaxon is hoping that consumers will do more than just for party favours or strip clubs.
