DARE Vancouver has just announced three new faces have joined the agency’s team further strengthening its creative capabilities. The appointments include award winning creative team David Giovando (Copywriter) & Todd Takahashi (Art Director), as well as Natee Likitsuwankool (Art Director). The team will work across new and existing clients, alongside Creative Directors Addie Gillespie and Mia Thomsett.
David arrives at DARE with a background in copywriting from leading agencies in Vancouver and Calgary. He has recently worked on campaigns for TELUS, AMA, Vancouver Aquarium, Lifesaving Society of BC, Envision Financial and BCLC, and was part of the creative team that developed the Alberta Motor Association’s new brand platform earlier this year. His work has been recognized by One Show, Digital Marketing Awards, Applied Arts, Advertising & Design Club of Canada, National Advertising Awards and Lotus Awards.
Todd was previously with ReThink and has worked on various brands including for Shaw Communications, Molson Canadian, Mr. Lube and Alzheimer Society of BC. Alongside Giovando he created the No Tankers campaign for The Dogwood Initiative, and recent accolades include One Show, Digital Marketing Awards, Advertising & Design Club of Canada, Communication Arts, Applied Arts, National Advertising Awards and Lotus Awards.
Natee joins with a string of accolades from Cannes, Communication Arts, ADCC, Marketing Awards and Applied Arts. His past client work has included Ford, Lincoln, LandRover, A&W, BCAA, Sobeys, Orkin, Playland and the Alzheimer Society of BC.
