Simply Hired Expands Performance-Based Ad Platform Into Canada

SimplyHiredUS-based Simply Hired announced this week the company will be expanding its performance-based recruitment advertising platform capabilities into Canada. Canadian employers and agencies will now be able to leverage the power of search engine advertising to cost-effectively reach the most relevant candidates for their open positions.

In Canada, Simply Hired operates SimplyHired.ca, and aggregates all active jobs and enables job seekers to quickly and easily search for job opportunities, which are refined for each user based on relevancy algorithms. Launching today, Sponsored Jobs enables employers to bid for position and pay by the click to place their job listings above organic listings on search results pages. This “paid search” or “search engine marketing” model, which is widely used by online marketers, provides a flexible and cost-effective way for employers to reach job seekers while enhancing the overall experience for candidates.

The company also recently appointed Graham Donald as General Manager, Simply Hired Canada, Donald has been involved in the recruitment industry for the last 20 years in Canada.
