TSN Makes Senior Management Team Appointments

Stewart Johnston, President of TSN made a number of senior management appointments this week the sports broadcasting organization continues its expansion.  Nathalie Cook has been hired in the newly created role of Vice-President of Integrated Marketing and Partnerships, and in the role she will lead TSN’s Brand Partnerships, Marketing, and Events divisions.  In the role, Nathalie will support TSN’s sales, production, and programming divisions led by Joe Carter, Senior Vice-President of Sales; Mark Milliere, Senior Vice-President of Production; and Shawn Redmond, Vice-President of Programming.  Prior to joining TSN, Nathalie served as Vice-President, Marketing and Partnerships, for the Consortium, where she oversaw all partner relationships, marketing, and communications-related activities, as well as promotion of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Mark Silver has come on board as the new Head of TSN’s Digital Strategy, and will be tasked with driving the TSN brand with a multi-platform strategy that continues to deliver best-in-class sports content to Canadians across every screen. Working closely with multiple TSN business units, Silver will oversee content development and delivery strategy across TSN’s industry-leading web and mobile platforms.  Before coming to TSN, Mark was Senior Director of Digital Media for the Consortium, where he built and executed its acclaimed digital coverage of the London 2012 Olympic Games across multiple platforms. Previous to London 2012, Silver held the role of Director of Operations, Digital Media for the Consortium’s award-winning coverage of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games that received a Gemini Award for Outstanding Technical Achievement in Digital Media, and a Canadian New Media Award for Best Cross-Platform Project.
