BLOOM Digital Platforms Rebrands To Become AdGear, Adds New Real-Time Bidding Products

Montreal-based BLOOM Digital Platforms announced a change of company name to AdGear Technologies Inc., effective immediately, the company will continue to offer advertisers and publisher brands targeting, measure and optimization solutions for their digital media campaigns.

“This rebranding comes at an important time in the company’s evolution as we went through a period of consistent growth that showed rapid adoption of our offering,” said Vlad Stesin, AdGear Co-Founder and VP Product. “Today our platform is used by advertisers, agencies and publishers in turnkey or white-label mode, serving over 5 billion monthly ad impressions and processing another 90 billion ad requests in real-time bidding mode.”

The company has also announced two new products; AdGear Trader, a Demand-Side Platform for advertisers, and AdGear Mobile, a mobile and tablet advertising management solution, for publishers.

AdGear Trader is a real-time bidding product integrated with the AdGear ad server, allowing advertisers and agencies to make the right media buying decisions, and their mobile solution AdGear Mobile allows publishers to manage mobile inventory compliant with MRAID mobile IAB standard
