Vision Critical Appoints Scott Miller As Group CEO

Today, Vision Critical announced that Scott Miller has been appointed Group Chief Executive effective Oct. 1, 2012. Scott will be based in the firm’s New York office, and will also be joining the Vision Critical Board of Directors.  In this new role, he will oversee the firm’s entire operations in the U.S. and internationally. Company founder Andrew Reid will continue to lead Vision Critical’s innovation and software development activities. Co-CEO Ed Morawski will be assuming the role of President and Global COO to work with Miller on the expansion of Vision Critical’s strategy, services and delivery infrastructure.

Previously he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of International Business at Vision Critical since April 2012. Prior to joining Vision Critical, he led a distinguished career as an entrepreneur at automotive consultancy Motoresearch, and served in various capacities at Synovate—culminating in his 2010 appointment as CEO of Synovate North America.
