InField Marketing Group On The Grow, Brings Two Partners To The Head Table

InField Marketing Group announced a management change this week as Derek Joynt and Martin Rydlo have joined the integrated marketing agency.
Derek spent the first part of his career on the agency side before joining PepsiCo and then Cadbury Schweppes in key marketing roles. Most recently, as Director of Marketing at Walmart, Derek was responsible for leveraging shopper and category insights to develop go-to-market strategies designed to influence merchandise planning, seasonal advertising and in-store experience.
Martin will leverage his experience from Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola in research, launching new products, and social media. Most recently, as Director of Marketing at Campbell Company of Canada, Martin led the turnaround of several businesses, established one of the Top 5 Shopper Marketing Teams in Canada, and spearheaded the company’s breakthrough cause marketing efforts.

Both Derek and Martin will also become partners at InField Marketing Group and join the management team.
