ShopLocket Secures $1M To Easy e-Commerce On Websites And Blogs

After only launching 3 months ago, Toronto-based ShopLocket has secured $1 million in financing from Rho Canada Ventures and Peter Thiel. The company will use the funds to help “expand its team and accelerate product development.”
Katherine Hague, Co-founder and CEO Katherine Hague added, “E-commerce will no longer be reserved for marketplaces and storefronts. Instead products will find us; on blogs, websites, and in our newsfeeds — just as naturally as the videos and photos we share today”
