Dominique-Sébastien Forest Elected Chair Of IAB Canada Board of Directors

Last week IAB Canada announced a number of changes including newly-elected Chair (Dominique-Sebastien Forest of TC Media (a division of Transcontinental Inc.) as the new Chair of the Board of Directors.
