Online food ordering service Just-Eat Canada Inc. announced today that it as acquired the business of GrubCanada Inc. for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition will help Just-Eat Canada further expand their reach across Canada giving them instant access to over 200 new neighbourhood restaurants in Ontario and British Columbia.

Back in April of this year, Just-Eat Canada acquired Vancouver based YummyWeb.com. Overall, Just-Eat Group has made seven acquisitions this year, including GrubCanada.com and Yummyweb.com, also buying companies in the UK, India, Brazil, Switzerland and Italy.
