As american retailer gets closer to their highly anticipated 2013 launch into Canada they have announced that MDC Partners has been selected to lead their marketing efforts in Canada. This will be an integrated solution on the part of MDC with a number of their agencies involved including kbs+p Canada and Veritas Communications, along with support from Northstar Research Partners and BOOM! Marketing.

Carat will also play a role working with Target and MDC as a media communications company, providing media research and consumer insight.
