Ken Whyte Tapped As President of Rogers Publishing

Ken Whyte has been appointed as the new President of Rogers Publishing Limited effective September 1, 2011, and  succeeds Brian Segal, who in late April announced his plan to retire.  Previously, Ken was Executive Vice-President of Consumer Publishing. In his new role, he will have overall responsibility for Rogers Publishing properties including the company’s consumer brands—such as Maclean’s, Chatelaine, L’actualité, Hello! Canada, and the soon-to-be-launched Sportsnet magazine—and Rogers Publishing’s leading business-to-business brands—such as Marketing, The Medical Post, and Canadian Grocer.
