Sutha Kamal has announced they are releasing Nakama into a closed beta program. Ambient Vector is a software development company based in Toronto focused on building applications for the mobile platform.

So what is Nakama all about? Sutha says “We’re working on building the best mobile content publishing and viewing experience… and we’ve launched around the new Nakama theme : Be seen. Be heard. Be you!”

With the millions of camera phones already in the market place around the world, this type of service makes sense in being able to combining mobile phones and photos to put the power in the hands of the consumer.
