VANCOUVER, July 19 /CNW/ – Chalk Media Corp. (“Chalk”) today announces a
partnership with TELUS to market its CallCentreAnywhere(TM) (“CCA”) service,
an internet-based suite of contact centre applications, through a dynamic
online portal that will feature engaging content, rich media and a free trial
wizard.
The CCA ‘edu-marketing’ portal, which will be delivered in both English
and French, will not only empower prospective clients with the information
they need to make an educated purchase decision, but it will also support
existing clients by providing technical documentation, training and monthly
feature updates. TELUS employees and call centre representatives will also be
able to access the information they need to support CCA clients and prospects
– anytime, anywhere.
Rich media will be used throughout the portal to make the content
resonate with visitors. Three customized Flash animations will serve as
introductions for the portal’s various audiences. A SiteCOACH will also be
infused throughout the solution to present material in a visually exciting and
socially familiar way. Technology guru and Chalk founder Dave Chalk will also
be featured in three interactive webinars (the first being July 26th), as well
as weekly video tips.
“Chalk has been a partner of TELUS since 2001, when we launched the TELUS
Mobility eTraining site for our channel partners,” said Stan Tyo, VP, TELUS,
Contact Center Solutions. “They understand our products and continually
produce engaging interactive solutions that yield results by focusing on
positive learning experiences.”
The CallCentreAnywhere(TM) edu-marketing portal will be available by the
end of 2006 on telus.com.
