As Homer Simpson would say, “Doh” is what comes to mind as I read about a Calgary man who was charged $83,000 for his monthly
cell phone bill. Bell Mobility failed to alert the customer of his rising bill and he casually spent the month download music and movies to his cell phone, unfortunately for Bell the story has made its way around the Internet. Someone needs to approach Bell about developing an online reputation management strategy that includes various social media tools such as blogs.
Remember that DoubleClick-Google deal a few months ago, well not everything is rose just yet as the deal has hit a road block and currently being challenged by the Federal Trade Commission Chairman, but come on what are the odds that it won’t go through?
