I don’t want to think about how cold it was outside as over 150 employees, media and other Torontoians gathered to be part of Canadian history as WIND Mobile held their official launch event. We were on hand to capture the moments for you, here is one of the videos we shot earlier this morning.
Anthony Lacavera and Ken Campbell were both on hand to share their excitement and thoughts on what this day means to the company and potential customers across Canada.
As part of the launch event, WIND Mobile unveiled a statue (video above) at just outside their first store at Queens Quay in downtown Toronto.
They also welcome their first customer, Chris to the network (video above). We’ll be back later with more video coverage of the launch event.
