Despite having numerous challenges over the last few years that we have been covering them such as here and here, the organization has a number of staff that are in sales and technical roles.  Not add on the head count from JUICE Mobile and you will have some double roles which is never good for the bottom line.  Usually when a company is acquired and a press release is issued there is some mention that company founders and all staff will make the transition to the acquiring company but not in this case.
