We broke the story a few weeks ago when Bryan Segal left his role at comScore, which created a big guessing game as everyone was trying to figure out his next more. It is now official and we can announced that Bryan has been appointed CEO of Engagement Labs which is a publicly traded company provider of social media metrics and content amplification. Bryan brings his over 14 years at comScore were he to grow the data and analytics company’s presence here in Canada.
The company was originally called Parta Dialogue and rebranded to Engagement Labs back in 2013; raised $4.3 million financing led by Industrial Alliance Securities and including PowerOne Capital Markets Inc. in July 2014. In the same month the company acquired Toronto-based entrinsic who approximate revenue was $2.4M at the at point in time.
Bryan is a much needed addition to the company’s leadership team, who are sure will change the dynamics of the company and strengthen its corporate relationships.
