NABS Canada Appoints Manuela Yarhi As New Executive Director

Manuela YarhiWith their 30 year anniversary now behind them, The Board of the National Advertising Benevolent Society today announced the appointment of media and agency executive Manuela Yarhi as its Executive Director, effective April 24, 2014. Yarhi succeeds Jim Warrington, who, after three years at the helm, recently retired. Yarhi is no stranger to the Canadian advertising industry, having headed up Client Services at Totem and its predecessor Redwood Custom Communications for a number of years. Her media sales leadership has included senior roles with Canadian Home Publishers, Key Publishing and TC Media.

In 2013, NABS impacted the lives of close to 1100 individuals and families through its helpline, counseling and financial support services. In addition, dozens benefitted from new Stress Workshops, career networking groups and Power Up Your Personal Brand training.
