John Sims Joins Blackberry As President, Global Enterprise Services

John SimsAs Blackberry continues bleed executives  as the company that is currently in “transition,” CEO John Chen has stated in the public he plans to focus on the enterprise.   This week Blackberry appointed John Sims as President, Global Enterprise Services, officially starting in January 2014.

Prior to joining, John was with SAP as President of SAP’s Mobile Services business. John has more than 20 years of experience with companies that supply mobile telecommunications products and services to wireless operators. Before joining SAP, John held leadership positions at 724 Solutions, TANTAU Software, Intrado and Tandem Computers.
