The Digis 2013, And The Winners Are….

The DigisIf you’ve been around the media industry long enough you’ll know the name “New Media Awards,” a few years ago the awards were folded into nextMedia and now called The Digis.  We got wind very last minute that the awards were taking place last night and stopped by to see many familiar faces and meet some new ones.  Arisa Cox, television and radio personality who is best known for hosting Big Brother Canada did a good job hosting the awards which included some memorable moments and a “turn arounds” or two.

Best in Cross-Platform Kids – “The Next Step Interactive” – Secret Location

Best in Cross-Platform Non-Fiction – “The Defector” – Jam3 and Fathom Film Group

Best in Interactive Advertising – “Skittles Holiday Video Mashup” – Jam3

Best in Mobile Gaming – “Jewel Quest” – Hibernum Créations

Best in Mobility – Travel+Escape Magazine – Blue Ant Media
