Consumers will be loyal, if you treat them right – and part of that includes providing a better shopping experience.  Survey after survey also shows that consumers will also embrace mobile shopping if it is an option.

Overall, we are being offered better convenience, and access to special deals that we do not get while shopping in brick-and-mortor stores.  Havas Worldwide has created the below infographic which visually shows how consumers can be put into four distinct groups of digital shopping styles – digitally dissociated, digitally divided, digitally experimental and digitally integrated.
