Sprylogics Set To Acquire Poynt Around $5 Million

Back in late May, Sprylogics International issued a press release on their intent to acquired Poynt who's been suffering financial troubles for the last year, despite the growing user base for the mobile app.  Today Sprylogics provided an update on the situation announced the acquisition is moving forward for close to $5 million and is schedule to close on July 31. Sprylogics is the developer of the Cluuz Platform which leverages a number of semantic technologies and natural language processing techniques.
