As Stephen Brown, President, FUSE Marketing Group, puts its, “The time is ripe for a new infusion of creative direction at FUSE,” the Toronto-based agency announced the addition of three new hires as part of their creative team today which includes Patrick Weir, Dima Zelikman and Heather Kinoshita.
Patrick Weir joins FUSE as their new Creative Director where he will help lead work on a number of the agencies clients such as Visa, Spin Master, Monster, Rogers. Prior to joining, Patrick Vice-President Creative Director at Draft FCB working on brands such as Coors Light, Kraft, Nestle. Prior experience includes Encore Encore (now The Hive), his own agency Weir Creative and as a designer for Ride Snowboards Inc.
Dima joins as Associate Creative Director, previously he was with Tribal DDB Worldwide Toronto. He is a multidiscipline writer and digital strategist and has done extensive integrated work on a variety of clients. Prior to Tribal, Dima was the creative lead at Biz Media – a boutique agency specializing in online video production. There he managed a team of creatives to provide content solutions for brands including Coca-Cola, Powerade, Nestea, FujiFilm, TedXTO, Movember and Stolichnaya.
Heather Kinoshita also joins the team as a Copywriter, previous she was with Proximity BBDO as a Copywriter. She has written an award-winning campaign for Blackberry as well as compelling campaigns for a broad range of brands including Visa, Spin Master, Monster, Rogers, Swiss Chalet, RBC, SiriusXM, Lowe’s, Pedigree, Whiskas, Shaw, Mercedes-Benz, Campbell’s and more. Most recently, she honed her craft at Proximity BBDO where she developed campaigns that spanned the media spectrum across digital, CRM, social media, ambient, OOH, DM and TV.
