Well.caWe just got a note from iNovia Capital, one of the VC’s who’s invested in startup Well.ca.  Their note states that Ali Asaria, Founder and CEO of Well.ca is stepping down and being replaced by Rebecca McKillican.

The eCommerce provider of health, beauty and baby has quickly grown to be a top online provider in Canada since it was first launched in 2008.

Prior to her joining, Rebecca was a Principal at KKR, a private equity firm.  Ali is said to be working on a “new venture,”  however he will remain on the Board of Directors for Well.ca.
