AOL On Canada Goes Live With Online Video Network

AOL OnLast year rumours started to surface that Arianna Huffington (Founder of Huffington Post) wanted to create an online video network that would rival CNN.  Shortly after AOL launched AOL On, ” a online video platform where they will curate premium video content from across 14 different channels.”  Today, AOL Canada has announced AOL On Canada is now open for business and will offer video content from AOL owned and operated properties including AOL.ca, The Huffington Post Canada, Autoblog Canada, AOL Music Canada, Engadget and Moviefone.

As part of the launch, American Express Canada has signed on as the launch partner with 100 percent share of voice across all platforms of AOL On.  Mindshare is the media agency leading the planning and execution for American Express Canada.  In addition to the online video hub, the AOL On app is available for Android smartphones and tablets, as well as iPhones and iPads.
