24/7 Media announced some additional changes to its management team this morning as it looks to expand its support for their global business. Effectively immediately, Nicolle Pangis is now President, Real Media Group; Irene Bondar assumes the newly created role, EVP Global Client Operations, 24/7 Media; and Gary Lee joins 24/7 Media as Chief Financial Officer.
Nicolle Pangis moves from President, Real Media Group, Europe, to the global role of President, Real Media Group with responsibility for platform technology sales, publisher services, and media strategy. Pangis has served in various sales and corporate roles in her time with the company, including VP, SVP, EVP of Product Management, with responsibility for the growth of the global media and technology businesses. She also managed the roll out of the company’s joint venture in Asia, and spearheaded the execution of many of 24/7 Media’s global partnerships, including Maxifier and Fivia. Pangis holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University and an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from Rutgers Business School.
Jae Woo Chung, President, Real Media Group, Asia, continues to lead the company’s operations throughout Asia.
Irene Bondar has been named Executive Vice President, Global Client Operations for 24/7 Media. In this newly created role, she has global responsibility for the company’s platform service centers as well as for global ad operations, ensuring that clients everywhere receive the highest level of support and services that have become calling cards for 24/7 Media. Prior to her current role, Bondar was Vice President of Product Strategy for Media Innovation Group, a business unit of 24/7 Media. In this role, Bondar was responsible for evolving the company’s products, services partnerships and ecosystem. She has also held previous roles at 24/7 Media in Product Development and Program management, where she helped accelerate new product development by simplifying and automating processes. Bondar holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Rutgers University and an MBA in Management from William Patterson University.
Gary Lee, a seasoned advertising executive, assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer for 24/7 Media. Most recently he ran his own consulting company, Ad Money, where he did extensive work for the 4As and ANA. He previously served as CFO for McCann Worldgroup; Ogilvy & Mather North America; and Young & Rubicam. Lee graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Commerce & Finance. He became a Chartered Accountant in Canada and lectured in Accounting at the University of Toronto.
