According to Larry Jacques, Director of Sales for Ivrnet, “Over the past several months we have worked collaboratively to integrate the two technologies. At the end of the day our suite of products will be more robust, providing our clients with an unprecedented level of options and controls.”  “Most notably, those gymnastics clubs wanting to continue using the existing NeatWorx platform – will be able to do so until approximately August 2013.  As well, we will be moving forward with the integration of certain NeatWorx program features into the Ivrnet V2.1 platform.  Specific timelines and details have yet to be finalized.”

Ivrnet did not disclose the financial arrangement of the deal.
