Poynt Corporation Files For Bankruptcy

They were once poised to be a big company within the mobile app in Canada but last week Calgary-based Poynt filed the necessary papers for bankruptcy.  Currently the company is not able to pay its financial obligations which is unfortunate to see the company come to this point. Addition, Poynt Corp. has announced that David Lucatch has resigned from his position on the Company’s Board of Directors.

Poynt develops a mobile app that provides users with location and directory based services, it is a free app that is supported through mobile advertising.
