There is something to be said about a company that creates a culture where even after an employee leaves, time goes by and they want to come back and work there again. This is true for two of the latest additions to Blast Radius (or “re-additions”), and one new hire. Today, the agency has announced Keith Liu, Erin Cooper have come back to Blast Radius, while Andrea Moretti is also joining the company.
Keith Liu has been appointed Vice-President Strategy, Mobile, working in Toronto, previously he was with Kalco Consulting Corp., a management consulting firm in Vancouver where he was Managing Director. Prior to that, he has held positions as Director of Production, United Front Games, Vice-President at Idea Couture, and vice-president corporate development at Indigo Books & Music. He is a management professional with a proven track record in strategic planning, product & service innovation, and operations. In the last 17 years he has focused his efforts towards interactive entertainment, e-commerce and mobile technologies, believing that tremendous opportunities exist where these three converge to provide innovative ways for social and commercial engagement. During his last tenure at Blast Radius, Keith was the senior director of strategy, where he established and led a best-in-industry team of strategy consulting professionals working with a wide range of Fortune 500 and sector leading companies such as Nike, BMW, Nokia and Electronic Arts.
Erin Cooper will take on the role of Director, Project Services, and she brings almost 12 years ago, seven of them at Blast Radius, first as a systems analyst, then moving through the ranks to become a senior project manager. At The Level, she was a senior project manager, working with clients such as the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games (VANOC), and Bell Web Solutions.
Andrea Moretti joins as Technical Experience Director, previously he Co-Founded BBOX Communication, a graphic design agency in Milan, Italy, where he was chief of research and development, graphics and web development. BBOX launched in 2002, prior he was web designer of Milano In, the first Milan online events website. His extensive list of projects for clients such as Tucano — a global computer bags and accessories company, 10corsocomo — a global design and fashion company with boutiques in Italy, Japan and Korea — and SGP Photography, one of the most important photography agencies and a source for VIP event and fashion materials for media in Milan, has provided him with vast experience in cross-browser issue-solving and website optimization.
