Montreal’s Stingray Digital (operators of VOD and Cable Properties Concert TV, The KARAOKE Channel, and Galaxie) announced a new partnership with EMI Music that will give Stingray Digital access to EMI Music’s library of music and concert videos. EMI’s extensive music library will be appear across the range of Stingray’s products on a worldwide basis, on Digital Cable, IPTV, mobile, web and TV-Everywhere platforms.
“We continue to grow our music products on a worldwide scale across new platforms, and we are actively pursuing global deals that will facilitate the deployment of these services”, stated Eric Boyko, President and CEO of Stingray Digital. “This innovative deal with EMI Music will secure our access to the best music available on a global as well as on a local scale,” Boyko concluded.

Stingray will also be able to offer localized content specific countries across Europe where their partnership and their technology.
