New Look, Better Feel As YouTube Canada [IMAGES]

Today Google Canada announced a re-design to one of those most popular properties, YouTube Canada.  With well over 16 million uniques monthly, YouTube Canada is the top online destination in Canada for video content attracting everyone from the amateur person, professionals and major corporate brands. Even Justin Beieber who was discovered by posting his video to the site. Of course we have also taken advantage of the platform and have set up our own channel. Some of the improvements include:

New YouTube Canada Homepage:

On the left side of the homepage you can create your own, personal, customizable YouTube channel line-up. Sign-in, or create a YouTube account. Then you can browse recommended channels; customize your homepage’s feed which was launched earlier in the year; as well you can link your YouTube account to Google+ and Facebook to see what your friends are sharing.  You can switch between feeds by clicking on different channels on the left.

Simpler, Customizable Channels:

An improved channel design was also launched today aimed to help users find great videos easier. New channel templates have been added to make video production on YouTube even easier, and allow fans to find the content faster.

As well YouTube Canada has expanded on their channels, grand and educational programs, all of which are offered to help discover a broader range of entertainment on YouTube.
